Dumping – Waste Products
Starting February 1st 2026 we will be implementing stricter guidelines for our waste-disposal site at Metro Reload. Please read below carefully if this is a service you utilize with our business to ensure there are no surprises at the scale-house.
All Loads Dumping Must Be Free From:
Wood, organics, sod, grass, roots
Garbage, debris, household waste
Hazardous materials, chemicals, sewage, environmental contaminates
Plastics, tarps, poly, insulation or other construction materials
Fabric, textile, carpet, foam packaging
*Loads are subject to inspection at the scale-house and by any team member at Metro to ensure adherence to these guidelines and can be rejected at any point if our team deems the load to be contaminated.
*For Loads that have been dumped and contamination has been found afterwards a “contamination-fee” or other clean-up and handling fees for the load in question may be charged or dumping privileges may be revoked in future.
Clean Fill Waste
Must not contain any of the above listed materials.
- Rocks and gravel are okay.
- If you are dumping STRAIGHT rock please let us know at the scale house, as this may go to a different location on site to unload.
$20/Tonne
Account Holders receive a discounted dumping rate.
Asphalt Waste
Must not contain any of the above listed items, as well as the following:
- Loads should contain asphalt ONLY with small, reasonable amounts of soil/dirt from loading acceptable.
- Loads mixed with clean fill are not accepted.
- Loads mixed with concrete are not accepted.
- Loads cannot contain dirt/frozen chunks that inhibit inspection/hide contamination.
$20/Tonne
Concrete Without Metals
Must not contain any of the above listed items, as well as the following:
- Loads should contain concrete without metals ONLY with small, reasonable amounts of soil/dirt from loading acceptable. Loads also containing metal, however minimal, will be charged as concrete WITH metals rate.
- Loads mixed with clean fill are not accepted.
- Loads mixed with asphalt are not accepted.
- Loads cannot contain dirt/frozen chunks that inhibit inspection/hide contamination.
$20/Tonne
Concrete With Metals
Must not contain any of the above listed items, as well as the following:
- Loads should contain concrete with metals with small, reasonable amounts of soil/dirt from loading acceptable.
- Loads mixed with clean fill are not accepted.
- Loads mixed with asphalt are not accepted.
- Loads cannot contain dirt/frozen chunks that inhibit inspection/hide contamination.
$40/Tonne
Hydrovac Slurry Dumping
We accept only CLEAN slurry containing no environmental contaminants such as but not limited to: chemicals, oils, fuel spills, human waste/sewage and other environmentally or biologically hazardous materials, etc.
*We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone deemed breaking these above guidelines and environmental clean-up fees may be charged in the case of any major violations as well as loss of future privileges – please respect these guidelines to keep this service available.
Slurry Dumping Fees: $300/load + applicable taxes
Account holding customers receive a discounted dumping rate.
