Position Requirements
- Experience with roadbuilding products (driveway, pathways) and landscaping materials (soils, mulch, fabric, and decorative rock)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Comfortable answering phones and dispatching
- Good communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
